***Private tour or escort services purchased on the website can be cancelled up to three days before the tour. 10% of the refunded amount (the value of the purchased tour) will be deducted as a cancellation fee. For cancellations made within three days up to one day before the tour, a 50% refund of the tour cost will be issued. No refund will be given for a tour cancelled on the day the tour is scheduled to take place. In exceptional cases, discretion will be exercised by the website management.

****From the start of the tour, during the tour (from the moment of meeting the guide) and until its end (the moment of parting with the guide), all tour participants are required to have valid medical insurance for the tour date and valid for Singapore.

Singapore - SG HOT SPOT - TOUR GUIDING, decides that the tour cannot be conducted. The guide reserves the right to change the tour route and adapt it to any changes in terrain and/or weather conditions.
