Gardens by the Bay is the spot with the most Instagram uploads from Singapore, and for good reason. The place is nothing short of magical; you can spend a whole day there and discover hundreds of hidden corners.

The park boasts over a million plant species, some of which are housed in two special greenhouses that simulate cooler climates. The "Cloud Forest" dome simulates the climate of a tropical mountain at an altitude of 2000m and features the world's second-tallest artificial waterfall (the tallest is at Changi Airport). In the "Flower Dome," you can find plants from all over the world, such as an olive tree over 1000 years old that was specially brought from Spain.

Entry to the domes requires a fee. Entry to the rest of the park is free, and you can wander around there even in the late hours of the night (until 2 AM, perfect for romantics). In the center of the open area stand the iconic Supertrees, 18 in number. These artificial trees reach heights between 25 and 50 meters, with hundreds of plant species on each tree. At night, everything is illuminated with stunning lights, and every evening at 7:45 PM, there's an incredible light show at the impressive Supertrees.
